TERMS OF SALE
Pacific Piano Supply offers the following methods of payment for merchandise or services; please DO NOT SEND ADVANCE PAYMENTS! Payment with order is seldom the correct amount, due to varying cost of shipment and changes of price. Advance checks may delay your order! Some CUSTOM work may require an advance payment, but we will let you know.
1. OPEN ACCOUNT - Net 30 Days. If you expect to purchase $1,000 per year or more, we suggest this method. Upon your request we will e-mail you a credit application form, fill out form and return by mail. After verifying your credit, we will extend you terms of Net 30 Days. YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE KEPT CURRENT to maintain terms.
2. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS. For "On-line Shopping" occasional transactions, we suggest VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER. For "Phone" and "Mail" Orders; your card will be charged the day the merchandise is shipped. A copy of the sales Invoice will be mailed. Card information is confidential, and is not used without approval.
3. BACKORDER POLICY. Items not in stock will be placed on backorder, unless the item is under $10.00, in which case it is cancelled automatically. You must request "No Backorders". There is no handling charge for backorder items. Backorders not filled within 90 days will be cancelled.
MINIMUM ORDER: On-line Shopping, Phone and mail orders will be charged a minimum $25.00.
SHIPPING: Shipment will be by UPS. Shipping charges and a $3.50 Handling charge will be added to all orders of less than $150.00. Parcel Post and Foreign orders will be accepted at a Handling Charge of $10.00 U.S. For Drop Shipments a Fee of 3% of total Invoice will be added.
RETURNED CHECKS: a RETURNED CHECK for any reason will be charged an accommodation fee of $20.00, and may affect the good standing of your account.
PRICE CHANGES: Prices are subject to change without notice.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE: Returns will be accepted only if authorized in advance by Pacific Piano. Please notify us and return goods within 15 days after receipt. Take care in repacking; Pacific Piano cannot accept returns that are damaged by improper packing. If shipment to you has sustained damage in transit, please notify us immediately!
